1. Return & Refund Policy

We do not offer any return or refund policy. All purchases are considered final.

 


 

2. Exchange Policy

Exchange is only available in the following cases:

· Product is damaged 

· Wrong product is delivered

 


 

3. Exchange Conditions

· Issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery 

· Product must be unused and in original condition 

· Product should be returned with original packaging (if available) 

 Requests after 7 days will not be accepted

 


 

4. Exchange Process

· First, the product will be picked through reverse pickup 

· After inspection, replacement will be shipped

 Total process may take up to 15 days

 


 

5. Online Orders Policy

· Online orders can only be exchanged through online process 

· Exchange is not possible at any physical shop/location 

 


 

6. Non-Eligible Cases

Exchange will not be accepted if:

· Request is made after 7 days

· Product is used, washed, or damaged by customer

· Product is not in original condition
