We do not offer any return or refund policy. Exchange is only available if the product is damaged or the wrong item is delivered.
To request an exchange, you must report the issue within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused and in original condition. The exchange process (including reverse pickup and replacement) may take up to 15 days, and online orders can only be exchanged through the online process.
For complaints, contact us at hadiyaboxofficial@gmail.com (Monday–sunday, 11 AM – 6 PM). Requests after 7 days or for used/damaged items will not be accepted. By placing an order, you agree to this policy.

We offer free delivery on orders above Rs. 1999, while a standard delivery fee may apply to orders below this amount. Delivery is available nationwide through our courier partners.
